Refund policy
We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right with your order, we want to hear from you.
Food & pantry items
Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bessounyc.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Unopened, non-food items
If you received a non-perishable item (such as merchandise) in error or in damaged condition, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us to initiate the return.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment. After that window, we're unable to cancel orders that are already being prepared or packed.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued.
